How I created $65k in closed won sales within 30 days from nothing for a B2B national commercial furniture company
PROBLEM
B2B distributor of commercial furniture was non-existent. They had no digital presence, no marketing collateral, branding or website. No tech stack existed or even a CRM. There was no defined sales process or clear position in the marketplace.
SOLUTION
Following the functional marketing framework, I identified their lack of brand, poor digital presence and no conversion flow for new leads. Once identified, I developed a clear digital marketing strategy and both brand position along with visual identity. As brand and digital strategy were clear, I then followed with the strategy for a conversion-optimized website, credible image and presence along with CRM integration and automation running to nurture leads and advance those leads down their funnel.

Results were that I delivered a polished new brand visual identity, fresh new on-brand conversion-focused website and knowledge hub, increased website traffic by 100%, established a digital ads campaign and brought in a net new $65k closed won sale from an NBA team within 30 days!
